UK mainland delivery = 2-7 business days

EU International = 7-14 business days

International = 7-30 business days

If the order was recently placed, you may be able to cancel it from your side!

All pre-order goods are completely non-refundable once production has began, and returns are not accepted.

Once a package has shipped, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled in any way.

You may be able to change your address through your shop account before the fulfillment window begins.

You will no longer be able to change your address after orders have closed, as all labels will be finalised.
If you are moving house around the time the merchandise will ship, please ship to a friend or family member's residence, or consider mail forwarding to protect your package!

Unfortunately I cannot change the order, but feel free to cancel the order and place a new one!

In case of delivery failure, packages are returned to my partnered post office and I will contact you once I have received it to arrange redelivery for a fee. This returns process can take weeks to months depending on your country and I have no way of intercepting the package until it comes back!

Please note that any customs fees, taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer and not Fallenshadow!

If you refuse to pay any fees and your package is returned to me because of it, your order will be cancelled. You will receive a refund of the price you paid for the goods, but not the delivery fee.

Merchandise is made to order, so there can be variance between items! If there is something wrong with your item, or if you received the wrong item, please fill in this form.

Items sold on shondo.store are typically only sold here, with rare exceptions being at places like conventions when I have leftover stock. 
Please don't buy merch from scalpers on ebay or other sites! High-demand products may eventually come back, and I don't want to see you get scammed! And even if they don't, there's always more merch in the pipeline!
